DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

ClearHouseHQ respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy describes how to report copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on ClearHouseHQ infringes on your copyright, you may file a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work being infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location on our service
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- Your signature (digital or physical) and declaration under penalty of perjury
- A statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder

Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content provider of the takedown notice
- Provide information for filing a counter-notice if applicable
Counter-Notices
If content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice following the DMCA procedures. Counter-notices must contain similar information and declarations as DMCA notices.
Repeat Infringer Policy
ClearHouseHQ may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights.
