ClearHouseHQ uses the following third-party services to operate the pilot product. Each may receive limited customer data necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.

Not Currently Active
The following vendors are integrated in code but the corresponding product surfaces are frozen and do not handle live customer data during the pilot. They are listed here for transparency:
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Pinecone — wired for the ClearBot lane (frozen; not in pilot)
- Lob — wired for certified mail (frozen; not in pilot)
- Trigger.dev — installed but no live tasks during the pilot

We will update this page when sub-processors are added, removed, or change scope. For material changes affecting active data flows we will also notify pilot customers by email.
