7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ClearHouseHQ stands behind the bundles we deliver. If within 7 days of your purchase you are not satisfied with the bundle you generated, contact support@clearhousehq.com with your incident ID and a brief description of the issue. We will refund your one-time purchase in full.

What Is Refundable

• $79 Starter bundle — refundable within 7 days of purchase
• $149 Attorney-Ready bundle — refundable within 7 days of purchase
• $249 Priority bundle — refundable within 7 days of purchase

What Is Not Refundable

• Bundles already downloaded and submitted to a third party (court, attorney, agency). Once the deliverable is in someone else's hands, we cannot recall it.
• Charges older than 7 days from the purchase date.
• Third-party costs you incur outside ClearHouseHQ (attorney retainers, filing fees, certified mail postage).

How To Request a Refund

1. Email support@clearhousehq.com from the email address on your account.
2. Include your incident ID and the reason for the refund.
3. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds settle in 5–10 business days.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and result in account suspension while the dispute is pending.
